Our company has developed an ester-type diamine compound, PHBAAB, designed to enhance heat resistance, low thermal expansion, and superior dielectric properties (both dielectric constant and dissipation factor).
Featuring a rigid aromatic backbone, PHBAAB achieves a high glass transition temperature (Tg), while the steric hindrance introduced by the phenyl group effectively suppresses interchain charge transfer complex (CTC) formation.
Additionally, the combination of ester linkages and the hydrophobic nature of phenyl groups contributes to low water absorption, providing excellent environmental stability.By inhibiting CTC formation through precise molecular design, PHBAAB enables the achievement of a low dielectric constant (Low-k), making it particularly advantageous for applications requiring high-frequency performance.
